todae had robotics...mi grp was buildin robot 4 mission7...cos the seniors...ya...they v kind...guess they saw ur prob...and estimated or guessed tt we wud not finished...so the 2 senior teams doin 3 mission...ten mi grp only 1...heng mann...tt enuff...boi...haven even 5mins...mi grp was quarrelling...damm irritatin...all like care 4 themselves one...sigh...how to work...???ten we supposed to build...i wasnt even in charges of buildin robot...as programmin supposed to be mi duty...sigh...they all slack...kip pin pointin tt maisha alwaes nv cum...blah here n there...irritatin...ten like supposed to submit journal n website to science centre...i cud not make it la though i grp leader...ten they were all like shoutin here n there...complainin here n there...irriTATin...summore i was buildin the thingy to throw pirates(lego) over shore...and they was like tokin...i nv sae le lop...juz wanna be done with the robot n settle everythin so tt k go science centre tryout soon...k give mi a break a not and work ppl...bit childish to fight mann...nearin competition soon...k juz have peace n quiet...not sae we have a whole load of time mann...yar...sry if i was pissed or wad la...k we coo-perate next time???ya...everyone give in here n there oki...

everyone have a part to play...no matter IC or not...Leader or not...everyone has a part to play in the group...nothing goes well if one dun bother abt doin a thing...as a leader...u wud have to set a gd examples 4 ur members to follow...if a leader juz slack n command everyone to do work without doin any urself...no one wun follow wad u sae...instead rebel n get u more probs...everyone wud juz have the bo chap attitude in the end...responsibility has a big part to play...it gives ppl the trust in u...the confidence and whether u are capable or not to do the job...therefore...do wad u have to do...yar...get it sy...???ya...elaone if u read tis tell sy to read mi blog...cos i dun wan tel her face to face k...ya...thx..
